Mapping Update – User Interface and New Syntax
The mapping configuration and syntax have been improved in this version.
To use the new functionality, run the Update Mapping function on any previously configured package to migrate its existing mapping configuration.
The dialog also provides an option to export the migrated mapping to a separate file. However, please note that this file is not synchronized automatically. Going forward, only the Configuration tagged value is used. Any further changes must be made directly in the Update Mapping dialog.
Diagram Mapping
It is now possible to include diagrams in the mapping configuration. See Diagram Mapping for more information and a list of supported diagram types.
Filtering Elements During Import and Export
Import Filters
For imports, you can define property-based filter conditions to select only elements that match specific criteria. For example, you can import only items with an Approved status.
For more information, see Import Filter.
Export Filters
For exports, you can exclude elements with specific stereotypes or use generic type mappings to include all elements with a particular stereotype.
For more information, see Export Filter.
